NICHOLASVIILE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Nicholasville Police arrest a man they say caught a home on fire with his ex-girlfriend and her children inside.
Police say 44-year-old Xandor Reign was taken into custody after they stopped a suspicious vehicle near San Antonio Way in the Southbrook subdivision at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
They say Reign’s car was in a location where vehicles are not supposed to be.
Police say during their investigation, they were able to determine Reign was responsible for starting a fire at a home on San Antonio Way back on May 3.
Reign’s ex-girlfriend, her children and her parents were in the home when the fire started, according to police.
No one was hurt.
There was damage to the home.
Reign is charged with first-degree arson and investigators say there may be additional charges.
