HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – The body of a man was found Saturday evening in Hazard near Upper Second Creek.
According to the county coroner, several people saw the man fall into the river on Friday night around 8:30.
Crews started searching right away, continuing the search through most of the weekend.
The body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
The man’s identity has not been released. The coroner is still trying to notify family.
