Kale Chips

1 bunch of kale

coconut oil

salt and pepper



 

Remove the kale leaves from the stems and split into chip size pieces.  Pat dry with paper towels.   Coat with 2 TBSP of melted coconut oil and season with salt and pepper.   Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and toss the kale chips around and place back in the oven for an additiona 5-10 minutes until all kale pieces are crisp.   Enjoy!
