LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A threat over the weekend against a middle school leads to an arrest in Laurel County.
Kentucky State Police say they received a call on Saturday about a threat made against North Laurel Middle School in Laurel County.
According to police, a 14-year-old sent a message to another student about threatening to shoot up the school.
The teenager was located, arrested and charged with terroristic threatening.
State Police say he was taken to the Breathitt County Juvenile Detention Center.
