Possible lane closures on I-75 in Lexington Friday, Saturday

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says lane closures could affect Interstate 75 in Lexington Friday and Saturday.

Closures may be necessary for overhead sign installations, according to KYTC. They could go into effect during these times:

Friday, February 9 – 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Saturday, February 10 – 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Lanes affected could be Northbound – between Exit 115 and Exit 119 and Southbound – between Exit 112 and Exit 113.

KYTC says one to two lanes will remain open.

Closures may change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors.
