Overview: A weather disturbance will approach the region overnight into Wednesday morning, bringing the chance for freezing rain, snow, and rain, as Wednesday morning low temperatures will be around 31 degrees. Freezing rain with ice accumulations of 0.10” to 0.25” will be possible along and north of I-64. Southern Kentucky may pick up 1.50” of rainfall overnight into Wednesday. A wintry mix will be possible early Wednesday, with precipitation tapering off in the afternoon, as high temperatures reach 36 degrees. Drier weather returns for Thursday and Friday. Another weather disturbance brings the chance for rain and a wintry mix late Saturday into Sunday.
TONIGHT: Freezing rain mixed with some snow will be possible for areas along and north of I-64, with mainly plain rain for Southern Kentucky. Icy roads and surfaces will be possible overnight, with a low of 31 degrees.
WEDNESDAY: A wintry mix will be possible for the Wednesday morning commute, with freezing rain and rain tapering off Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday will remain cold, with a high temperature of 36 degrees.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Cloudy skies and cold temperatures stay around, with a low of 18 degrees.
THURSDAY: Partly cloudy skies and chilly temperatures develop for Thursday, with a high of 38 degrees.

TUESDAY: Rain showers will develop, with a milder high temperature of 51 degrees.
