ASHLAND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky Power says their customers’ bills are delayed as new rates and tax savings are adopted beginning Jan. 19th.
This is following a January 18 order by the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
The company reports customers will receive their bills about a week later than they usually would.
They say due dates will be adjusted accordingly so customers will still have 15 days from the mailing date to make payment.
