LEITCHFIELD, Ky. (WTVQ) — State police have made a fourth arrest in connection to the murder of Tromain Mackall, who was found dead inside a toolbox in July of 2016.
State police arrested 59-year-old Melanie Howard, of Falls of Rough, on January 19th.

She is charged with Kidnapping, Murder, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Police arrested William Howard, also of Falls of Rough, in March of 2017.
