According to police, three people reported seeing him driving naked and exposing himself to children on school buses.

An initial report from September says a student saw a man grabbing his genitals and exposing himself to other students.

The man was reportedly driving an orange colored vehicle with a black stripe in the Broadway area between Vine Street and High Street.

Two additional reports of a man driving naked and exposing himself to children were made in October by Fayette County public school employees.

During the most recent incident, a bus driver was able to take down a license plate number after noticing a man driving naked on High Street.

The bus driver reported seeing the man driving close to the rear of the bus without passing in order to expose himself to children on the bus.

Descriptions from the three reports of the man, his vehicle, and plate number led police to Kreutzfeld.
