Cats break out the WD-40

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The football Cats took a short time off from the grind to charge back up and heal up and get set for bowl prep.

UK has taken the field twice now ahead of the Music City Bowl with Northwestern set for Friday, December 29th in Nashville.

Right now, it’s just about getting back into the swing of things and having a little fun before baring down.

These first few practices have been good for the team.  Just ask any of the guys and they’ll tell you.

The time off was nice, and needed.  But getting back on the field feels good too.

Hear from Mark Stoops and Denzil Ware in the video.
