Grab a jacket as you head out the door this morning. Temperatures are starting out in the 30s and 40s, much like yesterday morning. A weak cold front will continue to move through and gradually push clouds into the area. Some extra cloud cover from the north is helping to keep temperatures slightly warmer in northern counties and colder to the south. Through the day with clouds lingering north and less to the south, temperatures will settle more into the upper 50s north and low 60s south. Clouds will continue to increase overnight and into your Thursday with lows in the low 40s. Expect mostly cloudy skies and an increased chance for showers through the day Thursday thanks to a second, stronger cold front. The best chance for rain activity will be through the afternoon and early evening before moving out late in the evening. We’ll stay dry with decreasing clouds Friday, but also stay cooler. Highs Friday will only top out in the low 50s. Temperatures will stay around the mid 50s through the weekend with more sunshine. By Monday, temperatures will warm back into the upper 50s, but with a late chance for rain showers and increasing clouds. Showers will continue Tuesday with highs in the mid 50s.
