RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a missing Madison County man.
Deputies say 22-year-old Justin Elam was last seen on Rainer Drive in Madison County on October 30 around 6:00 p.m.
He is described as being 5’6”, 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He has several tattoos including a spider web on his right elbow.
Deputies say he was last seen in a white 2008 Nissan Altima with Kentucky license plate 673-MSA.
Investigators say Elam suffers from Autism and Bi-Polar Disorder, which require medication.
