According to police, a woman ran at officers when they arrived as a man followed behind her.

Police say they learned that man, 52-year-old Aubrey Wayne Martin, was infatuated with the woman.

He reportedly used to live at the apartment complex, but management asked him never to come back.

London Police say officers think Martin hid his car, walked to the woman’s apartment, and forced his way inside.

According to police, Martin kept her away from the phone, deactivated her alarm, and stunned her with a stun gun multiple times.

He has been charged with assault domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment, and burglary.

He is currently in the Laurel County Detention Center.
