State Police investigating police involved shooting


KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police are investigating a high speed chase that ended in a police-involved shooting Saturday.

KSP says 29-year-old Brandon Moses from Bledsoe is in critical condition at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

KSP says Moses stopped in a florist’s parking lot near a Rite-Aid, and grabbed a bystander. Then later let him go and started walking towards officers with his hands behind his back.

An officer shot him after he reportedly repeatedly would not respond when asked to show his hands. Instead, threatening to kill the officers.
