GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ)- A lot of people are having to rethink Memorial Day weekend plans because of severe storms. That includes race officials in Georgetown.
The 40th annual Horsey Hundred is this weekend. It is a 100 mile bicycle ride across four counties.
Organizers say they expect more than 3,000 people this year. You will probably notice more police out there too. It was two years ago that a car hit and killed rider Mark Hinkle on the race’s final mile.
