Lexington duplex hit by several bullets


LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police said an early-morning shooting left a duplex with several bullet holes.

Police received calls about shots fired on North Upper Street at around 2:30 a.m.

They got to the scene and found several shell casings near West 7th Street and North Upper.

Officers said a duplex in the 600-block was hit by multiple bullets.

There were four people in the upper level of the duplex and one in the lower level at the time of the shooting, according to police.

Police said no one was injured.
