FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Three people were hurt in a collision involving a Fleming County sheriff’s deputy who was responding to a call Tuesday night.
Investigators say 48-year old Dana Gulley, of Flemingsburg, was traveling southbound on Morehead Road in Fleming County around 10:00 p.m., when she turned left in front of Fleming County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Conley, who had his emergency lights and siren on.
State Police say the deputy’s cruiser ended up in a ditch, while Gulley’s car came to rest on the northbound shoulder of Morehead Road.
Gulley was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington where she was listed in stable condition, according to KSP.
Two passengers in Gulley’s car were taken to Fleming County Hospital where they were treated and released, according to State Police.
Deputy Conley was not hurt, according to investigators.
