CAMPTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Clay City man was arrested on an unrelated bench warrant after being involved in a collision with a Wolfe County school bus Thursday afternoon that injured a student, according to State Police.
Investigators say the school bus and a vehicle collided on Rexville Road in Wolfe County around 3:47 p.m.
A student on the bus was taken to an area hospital to be treated for minor injuries, according to KSP.
The driver of the other vehicle, 23-year old Richard Bush, was arrested at the scene on an active Morgan District Court Bench Warrant, according to State Police.
He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Detention Center. He was cited for Operating on Suspended Operator License, No Insurance, Expired Registration Receipt, Expired Registration and Failure to Notify the Department of Transportation of Address Change, according to State Police.
