Katy Hedge and Ed Mastrean, with Clark Regional Medical Center, come to the studio to tell Matt Groves how they’re celebrating 100 years of making communities healthier.
On Saturday, May 13th the hospital will host a FREE community health fair from 10am -2pm on the hospital campus at 175 Hospital Drive. The event will include free health screenings, fire safety education, bounce house for kids, food, fitness demonstrations, a student art show and tours of the new Clark Clinic expansion.
Prior to the health fair there will also be a Relay for Life 3K on the hospital’s walking track. Registration opens at 8am and the race begins at 9am. Everyone is invited to come out and take part in celebrating the people of the past and the promise for the future, all while gaining valuable tools and information to help improve the health of the community.
