Authorities say Walker went missing in the Whitley County area on January 24, 2017, after stopping with a friend at a rest area off of I-75.

The cause and manner of death are still under investigation.

The Sheriff says the body was spotted Monday morning by a man driving along the highway around 9:20 a.m.

The body was caught on a limb off of US 25W in the Clear Fork River, according to the sheriff.

Investigators say the Clear Fork River had been running high, but receded, revealing Walker’s body.
