IRVINE, Ky. (Richmond Register/WTVQ) – A man was sentenced to 35-years in prison for killing a Madison County 911 dispatcher, according to a report in the Richmond Register.
A judge followed the jury’s recommended sentence for Dustin Sparks, of Clay County, according to the newspaper report.
In December 2015, Sparks stabbed 28-year old Benjamin Brewer, of Beattyville, to death during an argument at a home on Fairgrounds Road in Owsley County, according to State Police.
