Police arrived to find a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

They say the victim told them the shooting happened at Duncan Park, several blocks away.

The victim says he was with some friends at the park when a man wearing a pink jacket approached them from behind and started firing.

He was hit and ran off, ending up on High Street and Limestone Street.

Police say the man was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Officers went to Duncan Park to search for a crime scene but could not find any shell casings so they are not sure where the shooting actually took place.

Police also say the two people the victim says he was with have not come forward yet.
