WINCHESTER, KY. (WTVQ) – Police say a Winchester man used electronic communications to exploit a child.

On Monday KSP arrested 23-year-old Austin Stewart and charged him with one count of Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication System to Procure a Minor/Police Officer for Sex, according to investigators.

Authorities say Stewart is in the Clark County Detention Center. The case is still under investigation.
