Quiet weather Wednesday, strong storms Thursday

We are seeing drier conditions to start your Wednesday. Showers from yesterday have moved out of the area. We are still holding on to a little bit of cloud cover, but we’ll see more sunshine peeking in through the day. Expect a mix of sun and clouds. Some patchy fog this morning. Today is my pick day of the week, so get outside while you can and enjoy the day! Temperatures today will be able to make it into the mid 60s. Overnight, temperatures will drop around 50 degrees with highs Thursday jumping back into the 70s thanks to a warm front.  This warm front will lift through Thursday bringing us a chance for showers and storms more so later in the day. An isolated shower is possible during the morning hours, but most of the activity looks to roll in during the afternoon and evening hours. Some of these storms have the potential to be strong to isolated severe with the main threat being damaging winds. Showers continue Friday with highs staying cooler and in the mid 60s. Temperatures remain in the 60s through the weekend with dry conditions and more sunshine. Rain returns late Monday with highs in the mid 60s.
