Spring arrived Monday morning at 6:28 and we definitely held on to spring like and even summer like temperatures in some spots through Monday afternoon and evening. High temperatures reached into the 60s and even some low 70s. There were a few showers through the first half of the day, but mainly we stayed dry through the afternoon and evening. Overnight we will see a chance for some isolated showers. An isolated thunderstorm is possible as well. Lows tonight will stay mild and around 50 degrees. Showers linger into your Tuesday, but will be isolated in nature once again. Highs will settle in the low 60s before dropping into the 40s Wednesday thanks to a cold front. The front will stall along the Ohio River by Tuesday morning bringing showers to the area, but not affecting temperatures just yet. That will happen overnight into Wednesday. Lows Tuesday night will drop back into the low to mid 30s with highs on Wednesday only topping out in the mid to upper 40s. At least there will be more sunshine Wednesday. Mostly sunny skies are on tap for Thursday with highs in the mid to upper 50s and overnight lows in the mid 40s. We’ll jump back into the mid to upper 60s Friday with partly cloudy skies. It looks like we should stay dry Friday, but rain and a few storms return Saturday with highs in the mid 60s. Showers linger into Sunday with temperatures in the low 60s. Monday looks dry with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures potentially approaching 70 degrees.
