No Injuries After Deer Causes Lee Co. School Bus Driver to Swerve Off Road


BEATTYVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a deer jumped into the path of a Lee County school bus Monday morning, prompting the driver to swerve off the road and into a ditch.

Troopers say it happened on Primrose Lane.

10 students were on the bus at the time, but none of them were injured.

The school bus suffered some damage to the front end, but was able to drive away from the scene.
