LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Firefighters are assessing the damage at a Lexington adult day care center after the facility caught fire Monday afternoon, on the center’s very first day of business.
Investigators say the fire at the day care on Appian Way started around noon, and that an arrest has been made in connection to the incident.
According to firefighters, 32 special needs occupants were evacuated.
No details have been released on who was arrested or what charges they are facing.
