EKU students set up GoFundMe page after robbery in St. Louis

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – A group of EKU students say about $10,000 dollars worth of belongings were stolen out of a van while they were in St. Louis, but are hopeful that a GoFundMe account will help offset their losses.

According to the account, the 24 students were attending the National Recreation and Park Association Conference, when the robbery happened.  The school van was reportedly broken into while it was parked in a secure parking lot while they were eating lunch.
