LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – South Carolina head coach Will Muschamp has a lot of respect for Mark Stoops, Eddie Gran and Kentucky.

The Gamecocks have dropped two straight to the Cats.  A third straight loss for any SEC team to Kentucky would be pretty unusual.

Both South Carolina and the Cats are going through some tough times and are arguably in similar situations…both needing a victory Saturday.

What’s Coach Muschamp’s take on the state of UK football?  He knows the staff, the players and plenty about the stadium renovations…so he’s pretty up to date on his info.

Muschamp also knows fans love to head to Keeneland before UK games.  there’s just one problem, it’s September.

Hear from Muschamp in the video.
