RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Troopers say a man who lost control of his moped and wrecked on E HWY 80 is in stable condition at UK Hospital.

Troopers say 61-year-old Arthur Noonkester was headed westbound when he ran off the road into the ditch line and was thrown from the bike.

Police say Noonkester was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
