RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Richmond police say they have arrested one man and are looking for another in connection to a robbery at a hotel back in August.

Officers say on August 21st, 25-year-old Brett Cain and 30-year-old William Ambrose robbed two men at the Super 7 on Northgate Drive.  According to police, the two knocked on a door at the hotel, and when the victims answered, Cain and Ambrose threatened to kill them if they didn’t get money and other items.  An arrest report says Cain and Williams had “what appeared to be a gun” at the time.  The report also says Cain and Ambrose punched the victims in the face.  Police say the suspects stole a pair of Jordan Retro Xiis valued at $120.00 and a backpack.
