Court Documents say on several occasions Adams parked his lawnmower near his neighbor’s fence and kept it running for hours at a time.

On August 9, 2016, police responded to another complaint involving Adam’s running lawnmower, which officers say was shut off as soon as they arrived. His neighbors also showed officers a flood light from Adam’s home that was pointed directly into his neighbor’s bedroom. Court documents reveal Adams also threatened to shoot his neighbor’s vehicles, if they did not move away.

Police did not say what started the dispute between the neighbors. Adams is scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon on assault and harassment charges.
