KSP investigate after $30K in equipment stolen from KY Fish & Wildlife facility


BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are investigating after they say several items were taken from the KY Fish and Wildlife facility on Dreyfus Road.

 Troopers say the theft occurred sometime between August 19th and August 22nd.  According to officers someone went into the facility’s service garage and took two Exmark lawn mowers, a Kawasaki Mule ATV, a Husqvarna chainsaw and weed eater, several Dewalt power tools and a Dell desk top computer.

Officers estimate the value of the property at over $30,000 dollars.
