LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Laurel Co. Sheriff says a couple are behind bars after a domestic dispute that ended with both of them needing stitches.
According to the Sheriff, the dispute happened Sunday morning at about 1:45 p.m. at a home on Tom Town Hollow Road.
Deputies investigating the incident determined that 43-year-old Timothy Huff and 40-year-old Mary Huff had gotten into an argument and that a knife had become involved. Both were cut badly enough to need stitches, and had to be treated at Baptist Healthcare Center.
Afterward both were charged with assault and domestic violence, and were taken to the Laurel Co. Detention Center.
