Coach Cal at it again

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Well Solid Blue fans, Coach Cal has done it again.

He’s made UK basketball relevant on a national stage in June…even while down at the SEC meetings in Destin when everyone is talking football.  Cal stole the show.

The UK head man went on Paul Finebaum’s radio show Wednesday and said the SEC needs to forgo a postseason tournament in order to help teams out, because in his mind, as he’s stated every season, that postseason tourney is helping no one.

He noted UK’s share of the regular season conference title and the tourney win over Texas A&M as proof it means nothing.

So to drive home his point, here’s what he had to say.

Check out Cal’s thoughts in the video.
