BOONEVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police arrested a Booneville man Tuesday morning on child exploitation charges.
Officers say the arrest happened just after 9:00 a.m. Ricky E. Sebastien was taken to the Powell County Detention Center after an investigation.

According to troopers, Sebastien used an electronic device in an attempt to procure a minor for sex. Officers also charged Sebastien with ten counts of distributing obscene matter to minors.
