LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington Hip-Hop artist is back from Flint, Michigan. This was his second trip to that city, bringing a shipment of water along with him.
Flint’s drinking water is contaminated with lead, causing people to get sick, so Devine Carama wanted to help.
Carama’s group, Believing in Forever, Inc., collected 2-thousand cases and more than five hundred gallons of water and made the trip to Flint on Thursday.
He arrived back in Lexington over the weekend.
Carama says he’s not done yet. He is hoping to organize a third trip.
