Not guilty plea entered for man accused in deadly Clark Co. fire

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Clark Co. Judge has entered a not guilty plea for the man accused of starting a fire in a Winchester apartment complex that left three people dead and several families without a home.

Jackie Hisle Jr., 55, was arrested on Friday and charged with manslaughter in connection to the fire.  An arrest citation says Hisle was intoxicated and smoking cigarettes while using oxygen, and that he was aware of the hazards involved.  The citation also says the apartment fire started when the oxygen line caught fire.
