KSP: Fugitive arrested at Corbin Walmart

CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – State troopers say they have arrested a Corbin man on multiple charges after searching for him for several days.

Officers say they arrested 26-year-old Justin D. Bell at about 10:00 p.m. on Monday at the Walmart in Corbin, after finding a stolen Cadillac which Bell had last been driving.  Multiple troopers set up a perimeter around the store, and arrested Bell without incident when he came out.

After the arrest, Troopers say they discovered Bell was in possession of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen wallet.

Bell was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center and charged with being a fugitive, receiving stolen property, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
