UAW on strike at Trane in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Members of a United Auto Workers (UAW) local went on strike over the weekend at Ingersoll-Rand’s ‘Trane’ facility in Lexington. The union says it’s because of unfair labor practices. The union’s contract expired on February 27 at 10:00 p.m., according to the company.

The company says it offered union workers a new contract and they rejected it.
