LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -Police say 23-year-old Timothy A. Brown Jr. crashed his car in the parking lot of McDonald’s on Russell Cave Road after being shot multiple times.
Brown died just before midnight Wednesday, according to the Fayette County Coroner. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning.
ABC 36 was told the case is being investigated as a homicide, the fourth in Lexington in less than two weeks.
Police say they are still investigating whether brown was shot where he was found or at another location. So far police say they have no suspects.
Tuesday night police responded to another shots fired call at the same McDonald’s. Investigators say two men were riding through the drive-thru when they claim shots were fired a their car.
Police found two bullet holes in the windshield, however they say they could not get more details about what happened because the victims were not being cooperative.
