London, Ky. (WTVQ) – State police say they are investigating the death of a missing woman after she was found dead inside a tote.
Troopers say on Tuesday, 25-year-old Amber Decker’s family members asked them for a welfare check. Investigators say when they arrived at Decker’s trailer, they found it burned to the ground. State police say Decker lived there with her boyfriend, Joseph Nester.
On Friday, troopers say they discovered Decker’s body inside of a plastic tote behind the home, in a wooded area.
Upon further investigation, police arrested Nester, 48, of London, after he was located in a hotel room in London. Nester is now in the Laurel County Detention Center.
