LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- After a fatal accident Thursday night, the Fayette County Coroner says it could use your help finding the family of the man killed.
The coroner has identified the victim of that crash as 75-year-old Leo Snell, of Paris. Police say they haven’t honed in on why Snell crashed yet but investigators think it could’ve been related to a medical emergency. The coroner says Snell died of multiple blunt force injuries.
According to officers, it was a passerby that noticed Snell’s vehicle crashed off Paris Pike. The driver tells investigators there was a glare off a broken headlight that drew their attention to the crash and officers say when they arrived Snell was still alive, but in critical condition.
He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries. The coroner says Snell’s next-of-kin hasn’t been found so they need your help doing so. If you have any information or know Leo Snell, please contact the coroner’s office
