JOHNSON CO., Ky. (WTVQ) – The Johnson County coroner has identified a second victim of last night’s flooding.
According to the coroner, 74-year old Willa Mae Pennington’s home was swept away last night. He says she was found a mile away from where the home had washed up on a creek bank.
Fifty-six-year old Herman Eddie May, Sr. was identified yesterday, after he was reportedly swept away when he stepped out of his car.
Officials say six people remain missing, ranging in age from 22 to 74. Fifteen others were treated at an area hospital.
