The Catholic Action Center in Lexington has been trying to make sure no one has to face the brutal temperatures outside, and that’s been taking a toll on their resources. Volunteers say they’ve been feeding 200 people lately, double their usual number. Other shelters say they’re at capacity too, but want people to keep coming, and want to continue providing shelter.
This means they are asking for extra donations during a tough winter snap. If you are interested in donating, you can find more information by clicking here.
