Family, dog escape house fire in Corbin

CORBIN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Corbin police are investigating a fire that broke out this morning at a house on Barbourville St. 

According to the Corbin News Journal, firefighters were called to the three-apartment home at 9:25 a.m. No one was injured.  The father of one family ran back in to rescue his dog after getting the rest of his family to safety.

This is the second time in the past month that firefighters have been called to the residence.  They suspect arson in a fire at the same house that broke out on Jan. 20.
