Larry Nolen, 26, was booked Monday afternoon at the Bourbon County Detention Center.
Troopers had said earlier in the day that Nolen should be considered armed and dangerous.
Raven Edwards, 27, Cynthiana, was also arrested.
Investigators said Nolen, Edwards and Marcus Gross, 28, Cynthiana, went to a house on Monroe Lane early Monday morning to rob the homeowner.
The victim, William Joley, talked to ABC 36 about what happened.
Joley said when the men attacked him in his house, he started shooting his gun.
Troopers said Gross was shot and later died at the hospital.
According to state police, Gross and Nolen had taken off after the attempted robbery.
Troopers said Nolen drove Gross to the hospital, then left on foot.
Meanwhile Jolley said he did what he had to do to protect himself.
"It was either them or me. And I wanted to make sure I wake up tomorrow," said Jolley.
Edwards was charged with robbery and burglary.
The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office said Noel surrendered Monday, and was sent to Bourbon County, since Harrison County doesn’t have a jail.
He’s charged with robbery, burglary and assault.
