The coroner identified a woman who was killed in a crash in Lexington.
The Fayette County Coroner said Chasity Mills, 34, died after her car went off of Old Todds Road and slammed into a tree.
The accident happened around midnight.

Mills was taken to the hospital where she died a short time later.
Firefighters said that speed had been a factor in the crash.
