Man charged with murder in Kentucky jailed in Ohio

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a man charged in Kentucky with murder and kidnapping is now in a southwestern Ohio jail on an aggravated murder charge.

Authorities say 41-year-old Terry Froman, of Brookport, Illinois, was found Friday on Interstate 75 in Warren County, Ohio, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and the body of 34-year-old Kim Thomas, of Mayfield, Kentucky, in his car. Kentucky authorities were searching for Froman after finding Thomas’ teenage son slain at her home and Thomas missing.

Froman is charged in Graves County, Kentucky, with kidnapping Thomas, his estranged girlfriend, and with murder in her son’s slaying. He is charged in Ohio in Thomas’ slaying.

Ohio authorities say Froman was jailed Tuesday in Ohio after his release from a hospital. Court records don’t list an attorney for him.
