BROWNSVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A grand jury has indicted three former workers at a nursing home on charges of abuse and neglect of patients at the facility.
The Daily News (http://bit.ly/1qtoL5V) reports 30-year-old Jerry Matthew Snyder, 22-year-old Kayla D. Kinser and 49-year-old Kelly D. Duvall were indicted Wednesday by an Edmonson County grand jury on various charges related to alleged patient abuse at the Genesis HealthCare’s Edmonson Center Nursing Home in Brownsville. It wasn’t immediately clear whether they had attorneys.
Edmonson County prosecutor Tim Coleman says they are no longer employed at the facility, which is northeast of Bowling Green.
Coleman said the charges involve multiple victims in a time period that spanned from August 2013 through February.
Jeanne Moore, spokeswoman for Genesis HealthCare, says the company is cooperating with investigators.
